Is the box made of wood?
No. The box is 3D printed in plastic (PLA) with a wood-texture finish, so it looks like wood but is not real wood. Light layer lines are part of the 3D-printed look.
How do I send my photos?
Upload all 18 photos directly on the product page before you add the box to your cart.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. Enter your favourite person's address at checkout and we will deliver it to them.
How long does delivery take?
Printing takes 3–5 business days and delivery takes 4–8 business days.
Can I order every month?
Yes. Build your own memory library with a new box each month.
Can I return or get a refund?
No. Every box is personalised, so we do not accept returns or give refunds. If your box arrives damaged, we will replace it for free, as long as you email us a proper unboxing video within 48 hours. Read our Refund Policy.
Are my photos safe?
Yes. We use your photos only to make your order and never share them without your permission.
